For the P599 denomination, unless the subscriber opts out or requests to terminate the add-on, BB MAX service will auto-renew (for Postpaid subscribers only).
1. Do I have to keep on renewing my BB MAX subscription?
The BB MAX 50 and 220 for Prepaid and Postpaid and BB MAX 599 for Prepaid service expire. You have to manually renew your BB MAX P50, P220, and P599 subscription.

2. Can I still avail of the Postpaid Mobile Surfing Plans given that there is already a BB MAX add-on offer?

3. I am using a BlackBerry®/BlackBerry® -connect handset. Can I avail of SuperSurf instead of BB MAX?
It is highly suggested that subscribers using BlackBerry® and BlackBerry® -connect handsets avail of the BB MAX service rather than the regular SuperSurf service. This is because of the push email capability of the BlackBerry® /BlackBerry® -connect handsets, and BlackBerry® applications that are already embedded in the applications of the handset and can be maximized only once BB MAX is availed.
4. I am using a non-BlackBerry® handset. Can I avail BB MAX instead of SuperSurf?
No. BB MAX is only for BlackBerry® handsets.
5. Can I terminate my current Globe Postpaid line and subscribe only to BB MAX?
BB MAX for Postpaid cannot be availed without a Globe Postpaid plan. You must have a main plan to support the add-on service. It is recommended that you avail of the new BB MAX Plan so you can fully enjoy unlimited mobile internet on your mobile phone. You can create your own unli-surf plan (with either My SuperSurf or BB MAX) and even get freebies!
Choose from any of the following MySuperSurf Plans:
| PLAN | MY SUPERSURF PLAN (non-BlackBerry) Note: Default freebie is My SuperSurf | BB Max |

| 1,799 | Unlimited Surfing + P800 consumable + 3 Freebies from A- E | Unlimited Surfing + P1200 consumable + 3 Freebies from A- E |
| 2,499 | Unlimited Surfing + P1500 consumable + 5 Freebies from A- E | Unlimited Surfing + P1900 consumable + 5 Freebies from A- E |
6. Why do BB MAX subscribers receive a larger consumable than My SuperSurf plan subscribers?
BB MAX is a special promotional plan that can only be availed of by subscribers with BlackBerry® handsets.

No, you will not be charged P5 for 15 minutes of surfing when you register to SuperSurf.
8. How much will I be charged for using mobile internet after being subscribed to BB MAX?

9. If I am a pre-existing My SuperSurf Plan for BB MAX subscriber. When will I be able to begin availing of my additional P400 consumable?
You will be able to begin availing of the additional P400 consumable following your first billing cycle after the August 6, 2011 launch date of BB MAX.
1. What happens if you are on one of the currently available mobile surfing plans and you want to upgrade by subscribing to the BB MAX Add-on?

Your BB MAX subscription and MSF billing will still be continuous. You will be able to use the service, but you will be charged international roaming rates. The unlimited price only applies for local/Philippine use. Should you wish to temporarily stop the service, you will have to permanently terminate your BB MAX service.
7. If I am currently subscribed to BB MAX 999, when will the new P599 price adjustment take effect?
Your account will reflect the adjusted price at the beginning of your next billing period.
1. When can I cancel or stop subscribing to BB MAX?
