Any subscriber can avail of this offer except for subscribers of iPhone/BlackBerry plans (unless subscriber disconnects this plan and subscribes to the regular postpaid plan; pre-termination fees apply for plans/add-ons within lock-up).
Postpaid subscribers who currently have other data add-on plans may avail of the SuperSurf offer, provided that they terminate their existing add-on plan first before subscribing to SuperSurf. These include subscribers with the following add-on plans:
- Mobile Surfing Plans
- Personal BlackBerry Add-on Plans
If subscriber intends to terminate his/her current add-on plan that is still within lock-up period to avail of the SuperSurf offer, termination fee of the current add-on plan will be waived only if subscriber avails of SuperSurf P999 since this is considered as an upgrade.
If you do not have an existing Globe Postpaid plan and would want to avail of the SuperSurf Add-on, you are not eligible to avail the offer. 4. I am using a BlackBerry/BlackBerry-connect handset. Can I avail of SuperSurf instead of BlackBerry MAX?
It is highly suggested that subscribers using BlackBerry and BlackBerry-connect handsets to avail of the BlackBerry MAX service rather than the regular SuperSurf service.
